A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. this former barn has been completely transformed into a residential house. it is located in a peaceful village close to the dunes and the beach of Hatainville. this magnificent barn with an area of 100 m2 includes: on the ground floor a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms (a 160 bed, a 140 bed, 1 180 bed) as well as a toilet. garden and southwest terrace.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
