Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are just downstairs. Beautiful harbor views. Naval group 10 minutes away by car. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the entrance hall that allows us to monitor comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow.

The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.
