In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. Cozy apartment in the attic of a very well-maintained apartment building. There is a bed and a sofa bed as well as a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. Right in front of the house is a parking space for a car. The old town, the castle, the cathedral and the train station are within walking distance. Other excursion destinations such as Lake Geiseltal are quickly accessible by car or by bicycle. A crib and highchair are also available.

Domblick Merseburg (vacation home)

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. 3 Fernseher und WLAN sind ebenfalls inklusive. Fußläufig sind das Schloss, der Schlosspark und der Dom erreichbar. Das historische Stadtzentrum verzaubert mit einer über 1.000 jährigen Geschichte.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

The Weinkontor: Located in a wonderful Art Nouveau villa, the Weinkontor apartment offers everything for a relaxing break: a spacious cooking area with a cooking island, a large sofa area, a freestanding bathtub, a cozy bed and a desk for those who still want to write a book. Behind the villa there is a wonderful garden with old trees. There will soon be an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a lounge to relax.
