We had a wonderful stay! Teresa was always quick to respond to any questions, which made everything so easy. The house was spotless—really clean and comfortable—and in a great location for exploring the area. We thoroughly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Great place and Rob is a fantastic host. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and he’s the most attentive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had.

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

We had a lovely time here for our family gathering, with space and comfy sofas that our two year old immediately sunk into, games and jigsaws that kept us busy when we came home from the beach, a kitchen that was spotless and a joy to use, a terrace we happily spent evenings and mornings on and enough bedrooms for all, would definitely recommend and hope we can stay again! I was looking for somewhere for me and my wife to relax and reset for a few days, and Jude's place was perfect. Jude was very easy to deal with from start to finish and was very helpful. Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Have just come back from a 3 night stay. Caravan is clean, tidy and homely with a modern touch. Its in a perfect spot for children as there is a small park right outside within eye shot. Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

This 6 bedroom house is perfect for a group of friends who want a holiday for a reasonable price. 5 minute walk from the beach, shops round the corner, everything was just perfect. Hazel is very friendly and proactive with her responses and we will definitely be re visiting this location. Organising 14 of us to get away on holiday was stressful but the house being so perfect helped so much. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Hazel!

We loved our stay at Dan's place. The house is gorgeous and super comfortable. It's quiet and relaxing, and the bath and sauna were lovely. Everything was flawlessly clean and in perfect shape. Dan was wonderful - friendly, helpful, easy to reach. We really appreciated his offer for an early check in and late check out. And of course the milk and treats that greeted us on our arrival. We would absolutely recommend this spot, and hope to come back soon!

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

A lovely find of a property. Even though the house is on an estate it is like you are on your own private isle. It is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The view from upstairs (living area) is lovely. Patio doors and velux roof windows allow for a lovely airy feel when it’s hot out. The open plan nature really worked for us and the bathrooms were excellent. The beach is so close and lovely breezy walks with the dog and family were superb. The supplies within the property were excellent and any communication with Sophie was answered promptly. Oh and lest I forget the hot tub was lovely! Very good Airbnb.

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.
