This chic and design home is in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th century residence with a French garden. Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is right in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is downstairs. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Ideal for fishing. Located 1 km from the centre, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is comfortable. A boat with electric motors, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available.
