The cottage is located in Jindrichov, in the charming area of the Jizera Mountains, surrounded by forests on either side. Opposite is a natural swimming pool and a beautiful walk to the Bramberk lookout tower. The first mention of the building is from 1824, but maybe it costs even longer. We stayed here for unforgettable childhood, searched for glass treasures, forage for blueberries, mushrooms, forage for skewers, and build reservoirs in the stream. We have now renovated the cottage and would like to share with you the beautiful atmosphere of the place.

The apartment is private and is located in a charming stone and brick house in the centre of Úštěk. It has everything you need to prepare breakfast, cook, bake and barbecue in the garden. It has a beautiful organic garden and a library with books in Spanish, Czech and English. You can charge a car or an e-bike and store it inside🚙 🛴 🚲 My cats usually spend the day in the garden. Here, both happily playing children and enthusiastic sports lovers will feel at home

The apartment AV9 (2nd floor) has a kitchen, living room with a sofa bed and a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and an infrared sauna. The apartment also has a 2nd floor with up to 6 single beds. When accommodating 7 or more people, a second bathroom and a separate bedroom with two beds on the second floor are included in the price. For fewer guests, a second bathroom and a separate bedroom can be ordered for 500 CZK/night. There is a terrace with seating and a gas grill overlooking Ještěd.

Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.
