We had a great stay in this beautiful, modern cottage. It is very quiet and offers plenty of space and coziness. Everything looks like the photos. Especially great were the sauna, the natural swimming pond and the hot tub. The cottage had everything you need for your stay - firewood, towels, toilet paper and dishes were sufficiently available. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. For children there is a very nicely equipped playroom. Michal gave us a friendly welcome and said goodbye and explained everything about the house to us. This house is perfect for a trip as a large family or group, as it offers enough space for time together, but also sufficient privacy. As a hiking trip, we can especially recommend the rock labyrinth.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Everything was as described and provided maximum comfort. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We'd love to come back. Recommended!

We had a very nice week at Dita's. Everything was impeccable and the two took very good care of us, thank you again for the 2 bottles of wine:) The environment is beautiful, you can do so much and if I come back, I definitely want to go mushrooming with you. Great place to stay! We were happy here – the place was clean and fully equipped. We very much appreciated the quiet location. The communication with the host was quick and pleasant, everything went smoothly. Everything was as described. We can only recommend.

It was perfect all around!! The place is beautiful, modern and for families with children is really thought of everything. We didn't need half of our luggage because there were also things like bottle warmers, bibs, potties, etc. Tissues in every room - especially great for infants. Jana even prepared a homemade strudel for us. A play paradise for children and a super relaxed time for parents. The garden is great and for colder days, wood is also provided for the fireplace. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a really great stay! 🫶

Beautiful, quiet place to stay. Amenities in the kitchen could be a little better ( better coffee maker, more cooking utensils, etc.) but otherwise everything is wonderful! Always recommended.

We stay in Liberec often and this is the best place we have stayed in! The house is hidden, thus private, and so quiet and peaceful. It is modern with all amenities needed. The garage was fantastic to keep our car safe. We enjoyed the heated floors and they warmed up the house very quickly. We needed a few more things for the house and the host was responsive and delivered the items quickly. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful accommodation in a very nice "semi-needed". The kitchen had everything you needed. Just a larger cooking pot would come in handy, but two smaller pots made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay. We'd love to come back to this cottage in the future.

We felt very comfortable and spent a nice holiday. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet and very cozy. The most important things are there. The landlords/contact persons on site are very likable and friendly. Only the shower was quirky and changed the temperature erratically. Slippers are recommended. The mattresses were kind of weird, but we were able to sleep well. Full recommendation :-)

We had a great stay at Katerinas house. She was very friendly and tried to help us with everything. The house is surrounded by a big garden, where our children loved to play; the city is near as well.

We stayed at Pavel and Simona's place, this was the best RBNB experience we've had of all the places we've been so far. The owner of the place was lovely, welcomed us to host even though we arrived a little before the scheduled time. The house was stunningly beautiful – a large house, 3 bedrooms, a living room and a garden. The house was fully equipped with everything to the smallest detail - from cooking ingredients (spices, oil, sugar, coffee capsules, etc.), cooking utensils of all kinds, toilet paper and even soaps and anything you can think of. The children's equipment was also perfect- a pot was waiting for us in the children's room with a package of wipes, bathrobes for children, changing paste, diapers, just everything. The house is very spacious, large and very rustic and innovative in its design, you can see that they have put thought into every detail. Our kids didn't want to leave and asked to stay and live there with so much fun. Level of cleanliness- perfect and in general, there is no negative review of the accommodation and the hosts. In the yard of the house there is a balcony and grass, a place to light a fire, private parking, floor heating, a large fireplace in the center of the living room. If we come back to explore the area we will undoubtedly want to stay there again Highly recommend

The host Dědeček welcomed us warmly. He lives right next door and was always there for us. The house is very nice, everything is clean and there is everything you need. We took small hikes into the magnificent surroundings during the day and sat comfortably by the fireplace in the evening. And liked it very much and we would be happy to come back.

Our stay over New Year's Eve in the cottage was very good for the price. The location is quiet and as desired rural. Nevertheless, you will find enough opportunities for entertainment in the area (Liberec, Jested, etc.). The cottage was equipped with all the things we needed.

We had a very nice stay, the house is very cozy and the nature around it is really very nice. Unfortunately, the ski resorts can only be reached by car, but are also very nice.

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a little to drive to the ski slope and the trails. With a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended because the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning opportunity. The many rooms have only small closets, but are completely sufficient, since we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen-living room anyway. The attic is quite low and more for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Lucie's cottage as 2 families with children - and it is actually very perfectly furnished. The kids will find lots of toys in the playroom, there are more play opportunities outside in the garden - and there is a lot of space in the house and around the house. The kitchen is really fully equipped for cooking and baking, all rooms are clean and artistically designed. So we can really absolutely recommend the place and would come back again. The mountains in the surrounding area invite you to hike and enjoy nature, and by car you can eat or some culture in Ceska Lipa. Lucie as a host prepared everything well and was easily accessible for questions, even if we did not meet you in person. Thank you very much.

We had a very pleasant time at the house. It is centrally located in the area, and it is easy to reach the main interesting places. Hana was lovely and helped with everything.

We cooked a lot, the kitchen equipment was sufficient for that. We fired the fireplace daily - very cozy. The beds were ok. The property itself is large and tree-grown and invites you to spend time there. There is a beautiful terrace. The house is situated in a fantastic, peaceful, quiet environment: lake, forest, rocks right in front of the garden gate. Bohemian paradise is a real insider tip. Karel had good tips for our excursions and hikes and also for parking and activities in Prague. Beautiful mini golf course not far away. There is a smaller grocery store very close, for which slightly larger shopping you can easily go to Lidl, Penny, dm (10km away).

I spent a great time in this cozy place. The allotted block had everything you needed: hot water, good bed, kitchen and bathroom with needed domestic appliances and autonomous heating. In the town center, which is a 15-20 minute walk away, there is a shopping center and a supermarket where you can buy most of the necessary things. Also, comfortable buses run from Prague and back every day if you use public transport. Visitors should understand that this isn’t a Hilton hotel, but a cozy place where you can live comfortably and have a good time in a new city. The owner and the people who look after the estate are very kind and caring. It was a pleasure to interact with them throughout my stay. The speed of communication were also on top. It was my first experience with Airbnb and I'm glad I chose this place. Thanks Zenka.
