The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

We are located in the countryside and offer plenty of space. At night, you can hear the owls in the forest. In winter it snows here, while in Paderborn it only rains. By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion restaurants in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can drive or walk for miles through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in summer.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.
