A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. One minute away from the wonderful Bürgerpark our beautiful ground floor apartment in an upscale residential area in Berlin/Pankow will be a cozy and comfortable place for you to stay during your time in Berlin. You have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay. There is also the beautiful Café Meana which invites you every day from 2-10 pm. S-Bahn Wollankstr. is 5 minutes to walk. From there you can reach Friedrichstr. in only 10 Minutes or Alexanderplatz in only 15 minutes.

House on the water for 4 people

The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of the year. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also fire up the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with grill ring and a large dining area with parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows.
