Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

You can  stay in my house with a terrace, garden and fireplace. You can get to the city center by public transport (S Bahn 5 or 7). S Bahn is an 8-minute walk away.  30 minutes to the central station, 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Direct traffic through the whole town to Potsdam. If you are travelling by car, you can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes and the Brandenburg Gate in 25 minutes.  The house is perfect for families with children or groups of friends.

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

The hosts live in the front single-family house, so personal contact is ensured.
