The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

The house is located in an area with predominantly small settlement character on the outskirts of Zwickau. 10 minutes walk away is the modern sports pool and right next to it the Stadthalle. Shopping and public transport are in the immediate vicinity and the trough promenade invites you to walk.
