Bifamiliare con tre camere da letto, due con matrimoniali e una con due singoli, un bagno ed un bagnetto, giardino. Sita al primo con balcone abitabile, presente una scala quindi non adatta a bimbi piccoli e persone con problemi di deambulazione. Spiaggia a 300 metri. A 4 km da Forte dei Marmi, 7 km da Viareggio e Lucca, Prato, Pistoia e Firenze. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice per piccoli bucati e un lavandino esterno. NO Wi-Fi. Animali ben venuti. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea in the heart of Viareggio promenade. Ideal for 4/5 guests, it consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed.
