La casa è accogliente e comoda. L'interno della casa e il giardino sono molto piacevoli e ben strutturati. La casa è fresca, anche nelle ore più calde. Molto comoda la possibilità di utilizzare le bicilette per spostarsi. La spiaggia in ogni caso è molto vicina, anche a piedi (circa 10-15 minuti con bambini). Maria Rita e Alberto sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta e la permanenza è stata molto piacevole.

Ubytování velmi doporučuji. Komunikace s Robertem byla perfektní a navíc nám umožnil early checkin, jelikož jsme dorazili ráno. Ubytování je čísté a vybavené vším potřebným. Pred domem je supermarket stejne tak jako spoustu restaurací a jinych podniků. Písečná plaz je vzdálena cca. 3 minuty pesky. Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou.

Die helle Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber, es hat super gut gerochen, als wir rein kamen. Es gibt im Haus zwei Aufzüge, somit musste man nicht lange warten. Eine sehr zentrale Lage, mit den besten Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Strand auch super zu Fuß auch mit Kleinkindern zu erreichen. Roberto ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Begleiter. Das Preis-Leistung -Verhältnis ist mega! Wir haben mehr bekommen als erwartet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Es ist ein schönes Penthouse mit sehr großer Dachterrasse inkl. Meerblick auf der man perfekt den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Der Strand ist lediglich ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sollte man sich entscheiden statt auf der Dachterrasse lieber am Meer zu liegen. Was uns besonders positiv aufgefallen ist, ist der Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Wir haben auf unsere Fragen immer schnell und vor allem auch gute Antworten bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Alles wor in Ordnung.Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war die Aufbruchstimmung, die letzten 3 Tage war nur noch eine Pizzeria geöffnet.Wohnung war top.
