Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Very relaxing atmosphere…comfortable bed…everything worked:AC, TV, and Denise was very responsive . She suggested excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Museums and Selby Gardens within walking distance.

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

Susanna was a great host and definitely was accommodating and helpful and made our stay simple and delightful. Communication was great and she was flexible, which was helpful for us as well. Definitely provided everything needed and as advertised and would strongly recommend her and would choose her again for a future stay.

Great stay and close to everything we needed in Bradenton and Sarasota.

We had a great stay at John’s AirBnB. It was very conveniently located a short drive from Nathan Benderson Park where we were watching a rowing regatta. There were many restaurants and shops nearby including a grocery store and a Walgreens. The complex where the AirBnB is located is lovely. The pool is large with many lounge chairs to relax on. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again on a return trip.

Ewelina’s property was both beautiful and functional. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The condo was tastefully decorated. The location is ideal for us, as it is close to downtown and not far from the beaches and the ballpark. Ewelina is an excellent host. She reached out in advance of our stay, communicated very clear instructions for entry, and stayed in touch while we were there. She responded very promptly to all the questions we had. We would love to return to Ewelina’s property again!!

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

We cannot say enough about what beautiful accommodations, perfect location, and gorgeous private beach! We were visiting our grown children and it was truly the best place to be. Lori and Tim were outstanding with answering questions and the check in and any questions throughout the stay were answered promptly. The staff at the location were all also very friendly and helpful. We would love to return and highly recommend! Such a clean, comfortable and welcoming vacation spot! Thank you Lori and Tim!

Both the individual unit and the community/development that it is in contributed to a wonderful five week stay that my wife and I had. We were able to wake up to (or sometimes sleep through) a beautiful view of sunrise over Tampa Bay and often took advantage of that view later in the day having lunch on the patio overlooking the water. The availability of six pickleball courts in the community was a key factor in our decision to rent from Cori, and we used these courts often during our stay. The pool and hot tub were also attractive aspects of the development. We also appreciated the ease of parking right outside Cori's unit, As to the individual unit, the bedrooms were a nice size, with more than adequate closet space. The dining room table for four was quite functional, the living room, with its TV, couch and chairs, provided a comfortable way to spend our evenings when we weren't out. Cori's communication with us was outstanding, from rental through checkout.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Everything was great and would stay again!

We were there for 2 1/2 months so it felt like home. Loved the amazing view with beautiful birds, a gorgeous golf course, and canal that reflected the moonlight. The heated pool is luxurious. There are lots of things to do in the area. The condo has been partially updated but needs some more. Tim was easy to communicate with and made sure our requests were fulfilled. We loved it!

The home was exactly as described. Being on the golf course gave an excellent view and allowed for quiet, especially at night. Host was very responsive instructions they get in were easy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to live like you would at home excellent host excellent property.

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. Everyone of the other tenants at this resort were super friendly and welcoming. Some were locals that gave us awesome recommendations. The clubhouse itself was clean and well maintained, we only used the pool and hot tub and it was never too crowded when we went. The house itself was super clean and organized, also convenient to many great restaurants and activities. The house was even stocked with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, which was a nice surprise. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, and everything you would need. I highly recommend this house and resort! We will stay here again if we travel back to this area.

Bettina was a wonderful host. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need....coffee, filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, even a coffee grinder. Not by any means a full list. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Beaches were beautiful and close by, however a lot of traffic to and from, but don't let this be a deterrent. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Bettina's homes. She keeps them well maintained, both inside and out. We stayed three months and enjoyed our time very much.

Oksana’s place was as described. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Fresh linens and towels. Snacks on counter and water in fridge was a nice touch. We used the beach chairs and toys provided. Thank you!

We loved the house. Perfect for a family and fit all of us comfortably. Loved the outside area with the pool, basketball court, and open bar eating area. Whenever we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. The beaches were beautiful and close by. Shopping and restaurants were wonderful. Our family vacation was so perfect and would love to come back to the house next year. If not available, still would definitely be back in the area again. Thank you for a great time.

We had family coming in from Ohio/Texas/Colorado/East Coast FL for my sons Beach wedding - we realized right before that our number had grown. I immediately messaged and was able to get both homes - side by side providing my family such comfort. The beds/kitchens/couches/bathrooms were all just like the pictures. Lovely. To top it off....my mother-in-law fell ill and we were worried she could not travel by check out- Olivia assured me that we could stay until she could leave. If you are in the area and this gem is not booked do not hesitate to scoop it up. A lot of people talk about the journey but I promise you will never want to leave this destination. Our favorite AirBNB yet. Celebrated our 4 year old in complete luxury all the while feeling like we were at our own private resort. Cody and Lauren insured anything we needed was in place. Close enough to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax in the serene gardens. Can’t wait to come back, please don’t make me leave. My wife asked, “What are the squatting laws in Florida?” lol.

Absolutely amazing stay! This was hands down the best place we've ever stayed at. The home was even bigger and better than the photos—super spacious and incredibly comfortable. We loved all the thoughtful touches like working water and ice in the fridge door, plenty of dishes, and so many extras like lawn chairs, bikes, and boogie boards. The community was peaceful and quiet with a great pool area that's perfect for kids. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was incredible, the A/C was acting up, so JL had someone there to fix it right away, super responsive, helpful and kind. Bonus: Venice Beach is less than an hour away, we found shark teeth there—such a cool experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.
