This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The house has been recently renovated and equipped with the necessary comfort. Through the terrace, you get access to the garden with a lovely Jacuzzi that you can enjoy for free. TV, wireless internet and music system are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

Ideally located 20 minutes' walk from the very center of Liège (Rue Saint-Paul – Place Cathédrale), 10 minutes from the Palais des Congrès, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Mediacité. Right next to a Delhaize and 2 minutes from a series of shops (bakery, butcher, bank,...) Easy parking on the quays.

Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.
