An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Beautifully furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind and all of the facilities and mod-cons you would expect, the apartment offers everything you need for a quiet and very comfortable stay in Slovenia. It's away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It's a perfect place to stay while you're visiting Lake Bled, Triglav National Park or Slovenian Alps! The apartment has a private entrance, large balcony, and private terrace/patio and part of the garden.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.
