The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

This exclusive, newly built apartment (built in 2017) is part of the Alpin Park Matrei and is located right in the center of town. Fully equipped, the apartment offers modern comfort for the highest demands and space for 4 people. It has a spacious living/dining area, a large terrace and 2 bedrooms, as well as two shower rooms. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be reached directly by elevator from the underground garage with its own parking space. Heated outdoor pool in summer.

Feel at home in our ground-level apartment with a large garden and wonderful garden lounge. With a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, you can spend a great time here. Apartment one is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a coffee machine and a kettle. Hairdryer, towels and linens are available. Tumble dryer and washing machine in the basement as well as drying room, bicycle and ski room for everyone.

The whole house will be rented only for you and the owner doesn't live in the house. The House Waltraud is ideal for summer /winter vacation (only 5 minutes from Ski Center St. Jakob) with family and friends, as it can accommodate up to 19 people. There are 7 bedrooms some of them with kitchen. All rooms have private bathroom. The house is set in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Defereggental Valley at 1400 metres above sea level in East Tyrol.

If there is not enough snow, you can reach the slopes after a short walk. The surroundings offer numerous hiking trails directly from the cabin.
