Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

The Kingfisher

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Calm and change of scenery guaranteed! The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

La Fleche, cozy accommodation, 50 m²

Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a sofa folding out and offering a large bed (2 places). There is also a separate bedroom (140X200 bed), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the lakes of La Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (the 24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.
