Functional house in Lillesand within walking distance of the sea and fresh water. The hiking area in Kaldvell is well widespread, a trip to the day trip cabin Kniben can be recommended. A short drive into the city center or a trip to the center which is 5 minutes away by car. A trip to Kristiansand Dyrepark is 15 minutes by car. It is recommended to drive there early in the morning in high season, as the parking will quickly fill up. Lillesand city center is 4.5 km away and worth a visit. Boligen ligger nær en vakker sandstrand ved Tingsaker Familiecamping. Det er en kort gåtur til Lillesand sentrum og flotte turområder. En elv renner ved huset, hvor man kan fiske. Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.

Located on the top of a hill with a panoramic ocean view from the living room and terrace. The island has lots of hiking paths, beautiful nature and nice surrounding islands to visit by boat. The cabin sleeps up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms, two toilets, one bathroom and an outside shower. There is also a badminton field and bicycles that guests can use.

The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Boathouse in the beautiful archipelago of Blindleia in Lillesand. It's a small wooden house with outside patio and its own pier and diving board. Enjoy the sun, take a swim or try to catch some fish for dinner. You can fish from the pier and quite easily get fish like cod, mackerel and pollack. The sea trout is a bit more troublesome but it's possible even that.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located right in the center of Lillesand. Walk distance to many nice restaurants and the sea. Only 15 minutes drive from Kristiansand Dyrepark. The house is old and will appear with crooked floors and not modern. The house is inhabited all year and will contain private items.
