With two living rooms, it's easy to find peace and space for everyone. Visit the Zoo, go on a boat trip or walk along the autumn coast. End the day in the warm cabin overlooking the lake, enjoy the jacuzzi and cook dinner together. ℹ️ Important information: Not rented out for parties. Boat can be used by appointment. Cozy cottage for rent in Homborsund, in the middle between Lillesand and Grimstad. Short distance to beach/swimming areas, campsite and nice hiking areas. Nice bike rides in the area. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. 10 min walk to the Sunday open shop. About 35 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo. 8 beds (3 bedrooms). Kitchen with fridge, stove and freezer. All equipment. Outdoor toilet, but sink and shower inside. Shower outside, hot and cold water. Please let us know if you want laundry. NOK 700. You can rent bed linen. NOK 75 per set.

The hen house

Relax with the family at Hønsehuset. Unique small cottage between Lillesand and Dyreparken with 6-7 beds! In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted into a rental cottage, hence the great name😊 The cabin is an annex, but even though the houses are close, it is both private and peaceful. There is the possibility to get a swim on a private jetty, about 90 meters to the lake. Otherwise, the cabin has a garden spot and a porch in the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to the Zoo, and 7 minutes to Lillesand.

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Stort helt nytt sørlandshus med stor hage sjøbu, egen strand og brygge. Passer fint for 2 familier. I oktober november tar vi med leietakere på hummerfiske. Båt. Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

There is a private entrance and there is parking in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. There is a short distance to the town's local shops, restaurants, grocery stores and to Lillesand Marina. In the summer season there is a bustling social and boating life in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season
