A 5 minutes à pieds de la gare SNCF Mantes Station qui relie Paris St Lazare en 45 min. A 3 minutes en voiture de l'A13. A 20 min de Giverny en voiture et 35 min du Chateau de Versailles; Piscine avec espace bien être (sauna hammam jaccuzzi) située à 5 min en voiture.

Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.

I would like to specify that smoking inside or shisha is strictly ⛔, anyone who rents for other teenagers to party, I will not hesitate to make them leave.
