First thing first: you will stay in the guest room of our house, thus, you will see us around :) Our freshly renovated home located in a green area of Maastricht with free parking front of the house. The guest room is on the first floor. The bathroom is also on the first floor shared with us. You can use common space with us: a cozy living room and a stylish American-kitchen with all amenities; a back garden where you can relax. We are also open for a chat with warm tea if you up for it :)

The house was newly built at the end of 2019 and is located in the Droompark Maasduinen. As can be seen in the pictures, the house offers a modern and cozy furnishings. The kitchen has a gas hob with four cookers, a dishwasher and a microwave combination oven. It also contains the usual kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a window and a walk-in shower. The living room leads directly to the spacious terrace, which invites you to linger in the summer.

B&B Nouveauté's stylishly furnished apartment is a luxurious and spacious room with lots of privacy and is on the ground floor with stunning views over our nature garden. Furthermore, the room has a comfortable box spring, a bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, the room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge, Nespresso machine with Nespresso cups, kettle with tea. You can reach the room via a lockable private B&B entrance.
