This apartment was designed by an architect (it was his former office). You will immediately feel comfortable. Its environment is very quiet because it is located at the back of the courtyard on the first floor (you will only have one neighbor in the small building). You'll love its modern and unique decor. Bedding-wise, you'll enjoy a firm comfort mattress with a very soft mattress topper. You can relax in the Balneotherapy! Located 900 m from the Benedictine train station (12-minute walk)

Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10'), A20 highway (5'), bus (1')...), fully equipped one-room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, modern decor. I live in the accommodation just above for any need or information during the stay. Rentals for illegal activities will be reported to the police and subject to prosecution.

It can host up to 4 people and it includes a bathroom. It is the best starting point to visit the city by walk without having to worry about a car.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)
