Villa Anka

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom and in the new living area with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

In the basement there is a table tennis, darts, PS4 and kids corner. In the yard there are two more units, each with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Lotus Cottage: Private Kitchen, Bathroom & Patio

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Charming and very private cottage. Because of its unique vibe, our cottage got the nickname “Love nest” and it is ideal hideout for honeymooners and couples with young children :) We recommend you come by car, we are on a remote part of the island. Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.
