All the positive reviews and photos are spot on. I had a peaceful 2 night stay in the charming tiny home - loved the quiet and safe setting, the farm, the trails, and all of the food options in the farm store (thank you for the snacks, Julie!) And only 1-2 hours from Chicago!

Our stay at Haylie and Chris’s place was absolutely amazing! The location right on the river was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the serene views and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the water. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Haylie and Chris were outstanding hosts, so welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our visit was perfect. This was truly a getaway to remember, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

This is a lovely little house with plenty of room for four adults. There were also games and books for travelers with children. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating supplies. We had a restful stop here on our way across country.

Elizabeth's cottage was perfect. It was so clean, and comfy and felt hust like home. The beds and pillows are so comfy I slept great, even though i dont usually in new surroundings. Would go there again in a heartbeat.
