Less than 10 minutes from the Ocean and Lake Leon where you will find many water activities (pedal boats, canoeing, paddle boarding). Access to bike paths is less than 2 minutes away. 400m from a sports complex (basketball, football, skate park, boulodrome)

Holiday home in Linxe – between forest and ocean. Ideal for a quiet stay, it consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The main living room includes an open kitchen with central island, overlooking a bright living room with access to the garden on the edge of the forest. The cleaning will be done by you if this is not the case, a payment of 120 euros will be requested upon departure.

We have a dog, 2 cats, goldfish, canaries... therefore, no pets allowed in the rental... Small village with supermarket, tobacco, bakery...
