In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the unique bike trail no. 33, also called the Šumava Magistrale. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.
