Apartment LIPENKA is located directly on the shores of Lipno Lake in the village of Černá v Pošumaví. The apartment includes a front garden overlooking the lake. There are plenty of options in the area to spend your free time in close contact with the lake and the nature of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the unique bike trail no. 33, also called the Šumava Magistrale. Nearby there is the famous Canopy Walk, a bobsleigh track, the Lipno-Kramolín ski resort, an aquapark and a sauna world in Frymburk.

The picturesque nature of the Šumava region, right on the shores of Lipno, offers relaxation in apartment A121, which is part of the Molo Lipno Resort project. The Resort includes a 150-meter-long wooden observation pier (the longest inland pier in Central Europe), a fine dining experience restaurant MOLO Lipno or a grill bar on the pier and promenade, where there will be a number of smaller Alpine-style shops and a café and bistro.

The apartment is close to a game reserve with deer and yet close to the amenities of the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. Here, nothing will disturb you and you can listen to the sounds of nature. For bad days, there is an x box, but children will enjoy the forest the most, which you can see directly from the terrace.

The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.
