The apartment is located in a new passive semi-detached house, its floor area is 130 m2 and the layout is 4+kk. It comfortably sleeps 8 adults, for children there is the possibility of 4 extra beds and a travel cot for the little ones. There are three rooms upstairs, a sofa bed downstairs. There are two parking spaces and a storage room for skis and bicycles at the house. The accommodation is especially suitable for one to two families with children. The house is by the forest, a minute's walk from the deer park. By car you are in five minutes at the tourist center of Lipno nad Vltavou.
