Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Kúpeľňa so sprchovacím kútom a WC + ďalšie samostatné WC. V celom dome je podlahové kúrenie. V obývačke sa nachádza kozub. Letná terasa s grilom k dispozícii. Moznosť zaparkovať 3 autá. Kapacita spolu 6 + 3 osoby.

Každý má spálňu pre 2 až 3 osoby a dvojposteľovú obývačku (apartmán 1 je s krbom), dobre vybavenú kuchyňu s jedálňou, samostatné WC a kúpelňu s vaňou alebo sprchou. K dispozícii je aj uzamykateľný suterén pre uloženie vášho vybavenia alebo bicyklov. Vlastné parkovisko a priestranná terasa s prístupom k rieke a možnosťou opekania na otvorenom ohni.
