The apartment is sunny, with an area of 56 m2. It consists of a living room, bedroom, study with access to the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

The apartment is located near the center of Liptovský Mikuláš, from where it is close to the Western and Low Tatras, a short trip to Demänovská dolina with the ski resort Jasná. Nearby you will also find the aquaparks Tatralandia and Bešeňová.

Respect for neighbors is essential (no parties, smoking inside, noise, etc.). I do not provide a residence visa.
