Holiday rentals with a patio in Lissone

L'appartamento si trova in un bel complesso residenziale situato nei pressi del quartiere Isola, non distante dalle fermate Zara M3/M5, Sondrio M3, Gioia M2, dal Palazzo della Regione e dalla Stazione Centrale. E' ben arredato e ci si sente subito a casa. Pulizia ottima, letto comodo, Wi-Fi veloce. Gli host Salvatore e Alberto sono stati molto reattivi e gentili nel risolvere qualche piccola difficoltà iniziale e nel venirci incontro per un late check-out. Segnalo che l'apertura delle porte è elettronica, quindi è necessaria una minima dimestichezza con gli smartphone. Nel complesso, un soggiorno soddisfacente!

Mi estadía en Milán fue increíble, el alojamiento de Ariane es espectacular, tal cual las fotos, muy cerca del metro y la zona es tranquila. Hay supermercado y restaurante cerca! Sin dudas me volvería a alojar ahí en otro viaje por Milán! También destacar la flexibilidad de Ariane, llegamos muy temprano a Milán y se encargó de que el departamento lo limpien rápido para poder ingresar antes del horario del check in!

We were very satisfied with the place. It was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and if we had any questions he replied very fast. We needed a stay close to the station, so we can be very flexible and the place is perfect for that

L'appartamento -come tutto l'edificio- é nuovo, molto pulito e ben arredato. Wi-fi, elettrodomestici, etc sono di qualitá e funzionano bene. Ci sono poi due balconi con tavolini per sedersi. Per chi viaggia con una macchina, gli anfitrioni mettono a disposizione un garage: per me é stato utilissimo. La comunicazione é fluida e le istruzioni di accesso chiare. Ci ritornerei, e lo raccomando.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen zentral gelegenem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Ottimo alloggio, molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante ma allora stesso tempo comoda per visitare il lago di Como!!

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Federica und Angelo. Der große Garten ist toll für die Kinder und der Kontakt zu der Familie war super. Die Wohnung war ideal für vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und ein Baby und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Anita’s lovely apartment/home in Lugano was perfection. Located in an idyllic location, we had incredible hiking just outside our door. Her residence is well-appointed, comfortable and our family had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and very thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Negli ultimi anni ho affittato almeno 20 case e appartamenti in Italia, ma questo è stato senza dubbio il migliore in assoluto! L’appartamento è molto più bello che nelle foto – cosa davvero rara. Tutto è pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e con una vista mozzafiato. Si vede subito che i proprietari hanno pensato a ogni minimo dettaglio: non manca assolutamente nulla. E poi ci sono delle sorprese graditissime, come il caffè e una deliziosa marmellata biologica italiana – tutto offerto gratuitamente. Incredibile! Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è la cura con cui è stato preparato tutto. Dalla cucina agli arredi, ogni cosa è scelta con attenzione e amore. Ci si sente subito a casa. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Lo ripeto ancora una volta: il numero 1 in assoluto in Italia per me! Se prenotate questo posto, non ve ne pentirete.

Everything in this world can be better except these apartments, because they are already perfect. Nicholas is a very responsive and helpful host. We were greeted literally by the whole his family, allowed to check in much earlier, filled the refrigerator with excellent drinks and gave useful tips. The apartment is simply wonderful - good parking, a spacious living room and bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, beautiful decor and pleasant details everywhere. But the main thing is, of course, the view from every point. I have chosen accommodation from hundreds of options and I am sure that I have chosen the best one.

Grazie per averci accolto nel tuo bellissimo alloggio. L'alloggio era pulito e in ottima posizione. Stefano è stato molto gentile, facilmente raggiungibile e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto era esattamente come descritto ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Wir haben großartige 5 Nächte in Fionas Appartement verbracht und vergeben eine rundum 5-⭐️-Bewertung und ein extra Plus für die liebevolle Betreuung 🤗 Fiona war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat neben tollen Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen auch bei der Reservierung für die ersten beiden Tage geholfen. Die Villa Regina ist leicht zu finden und ideal in der „Mitte des Sees“ gelegen. Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Parkplatz mit der guten Zufahrtsmöglichkeit. Wer schon einmal am Lago di Como war, weiß wie wertvoll dieser ist. Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und eine Gelateria sind in der Nähe. Für uns war es wichtig morgens eine kleine Runde mit dem Hund spazieren zu können, dafür ist die Lage optimal. Ein Weg am Ufer und ein netter kleiner Park sind in 100m Entfernung. Liebe Fiona, Danke nochmals für die schöne Zeit und Deine herzliche Betreuung 🤗

Fantastic location (over the road from Milan Central Train Station). Surrounded by great restaurants/minimarts, cafes etc. “ The Street Cafe” just next to your accomodation’s front door was a particular favourite for breakfast. Multiple rooftop balconies give terrific sunrise & sunset views. Very good security with solid gates, rollershutters and security front door to street. This is the perfect base to explore Milan from. The Train station & Metro line being so close enable easy 4 stop access to the Duomo, Galleria and more. Extremely happy with the host Christopher. Memorable stay.

We had a great family stay in Casa Gemma Milan! The apartment was in a quiet, safe area with excellent public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. It was super easy to explore the city from here. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We'd happily stay again or recommend to others!

In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist wunderbar und hochwertig dekoriert. Alle Möbel und Lampen sind speziell und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Badezimmer ist hell, freundlich und hat eine grosszügige Dusche. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sie hat eine Glastüre auf den gleichen Balkon, auf den man von der Glasfront vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt. Von diesem aus sieht man auf den Park und in Richtung See. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und sehr einladend. Alle Storen können elektronisch einzeln oder gemeinsam gesteuert werden, es kann zu jeder Tageszeit nachdunkel gemacht werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein grosszüger Garagenplatz. Cecile ist eine wunderbare, unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns vor der Wohnung empfangen, Alles erklärt, gezeigt, die Schlüssel übergeben und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet grossen Komfort und Privatsphäre. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal und empfehlen die Wohnung von Cecile sehr.
