The Optinid tiny house is located within EHCO, the Peysoup Mill School, a place that opened to the public in spring 2025, after nearly 6 years of creation and adventures. My house awaits you in its green setting conducive to relaxation. It is located close to the center of Castelnau de Médoc (Intermarché, Casino, Lidl), ten minutes from the prestigious Route des Châteaux and 25 minutes from the Ocean (Lac de Maubuisson, Carcans, Lacanau and Hourtin). Bordeaux is 35 minutes away as well as Mérignac Airport. The property is fenced and its garden has garden furniture, sunbathing. The barbecue will also be available for grilling.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
