Two nice rooms in my home

Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!

Single room Comfort Ensuite with Shower

Family run business, a home from home in Bootle. We have 10 rooms (family, single, 2 double & 6 twin rooms). All are equipped with smart tvs, wifi, toiletries, towels, hairdryer, tea & coffee (complimentary 1st night). We pride ourselves on cleanliness and comfort. Our Full English breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and to your liking. We serve continental and cater for vegetarians. Our car park is located at the front of the house, is complimentary to guests. Dogs are welcome.

The Lofthouse with Liverpool City waterfront views

Within 5 mins walk from Hamilton Square train station linking you to Liverpool, Chester and beyond also 5 mins from Woodside and Irish Ferry . Our home has fantastic views over the River Mersey to Liverpool. On street parking in a controlled area . The Lofthouse is a beautiful, redecorated loft conversion which is bright and airy with on suite shower and toilet. Also smart TV , hairdryer, iron on request, tea and coffee making facilities. Light Breakfast served in our shared Kitchen .

Happy Home

A lovely victorian home in leafy Oxton, 10 minutes away from Liverpool city centre by car, 5 minute walk for the Liverpool bus or 15min walk to the liverpool loop where a train arrives every 5minutes. Or you could get the bus down to the famous ferry across the mersey. There is a single bed guest room. There is also the lounge area with a couch that turns into a double bed. Parking permits are not needed to park on the street outside.

Welcome to our family home with stunning views of Liverpool. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Oxton village - with bars & restaurants close by. A double bedroom & own bathroom, overlooking our walled garden & with access to our kitchen diner or dining room / sitting room. We provide a sumptuous breakfast - (see pictures). 20 mins from Liverpool Centre by bus, 10 mins by car, & easy access to ferries, North Wales & Chester.
