There are TVs with freeview channels and WIFI is available free of charge throughout the house. We provide bedlinen, towels, toiletries and a welcome pack of beverages, milk, biscuits, bread, butter and jam. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

Modern kitchen with cooking and washing facilities. There are two bathrooms. Outside there is a seating area.

Located 30 mins walk from Liverpool centre, 5 mins walk from Princes Park, 2 mins walk from Tesco Extra (massive supermarket), 2 minutes from LIDL supermarket and 15 mins walk to the Bohemian area of Lark Lane, - with restaurants, pubs, and shops galore. My wife and I live around the corner from the property and make sure that everything you require is always there.
