This self contained courtyard annex is in a great location, with a bus stop across the road to Liverpool and New Brighton. There are a good choice of bars, cafes, restaurants & shops a few minutes walk from the property. Liverpool city centre is 15 minutes on the bus, where there are theatres, bars, restaurants, museums and Liverpool Echo Arena. New Brighton promenade is a short drive or bus ride away, with beach, park, multi-screen cinema, theatre, ten pin bowling,restaurants & bars.

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

This double bed en suite room with separate entrance is located perfectly just right in the middle of LFC and Everton stadium. Walking distance (2-3 minutes) to Aldi, Mcdonalds, Iceland, pharmacy and bus stop as well as many takeaways and other small shops on County Road. Liverpool City centre is 9 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus from bus stop near by. • 1 x double bed, kettle, TV, wardrobe, desk, chair, en suite bathroom (not shared with anybody). Superking size bed (which can split into two singles if needed) and a double sofa bed accommodate up to four people over two floors with a w/c on each. Spacious rooms with skyline view

Price based on 1 large King size room & 1 double room with private bathroom for up to 4 people. Kettle, toaster, mini fridge and basic breakfast items provided. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor of our house and offer complete privacy for your stay. Front door is shared access but you will have a key so you can come and go as you please. No stag/hen parties. EV Charger available with drive to park on.
