Large apartment of 3.5 rooms with private parking, new and modern furniture, fully furnished kitchen and dishwasher, very bright, sunny, lake and mountain views, beautiful stone terrace that overlooks the garden in a typical Ticino house of 3 floors. Located on the 1st floor in a quiet area in the center of Minusio 10 minutes walk from Locarno and the lake, 3 minutes walk from Coop, Migros, Denner and from the bus stop. Bakery 50 meters away! There are restaurants, pizzerias nearby.

Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary and the cable car to Cimetta are in closest neighborhood. Beautiful bright apartment in a quiet but central area within walking distance of everything: lake, public transport, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. The fully furnished apartment consists of a large entrance with built-in closets, a nice closed kitchen with all the necessary tools, a large living room with a sofa bed and a TV that leads to the spacious balcony where you can enjoy the unique moments. Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. Bus station "Cimitero" (cemetery) is 50m from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment has been completed in 2016 It is small (28 square meters) but nice (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Studio 2 with kitchenette and bathroom

A small studio that has everything in the smallest space to be happy. If you want to spend your apartment holidays cheaply independently, this is the place to be. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. The Lake Maggiore at feet, the valleys and the centers ( Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) also easily accessible by public transport and to Italy to the markets, the ship almost drives on the doorstep.
