Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest, and opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

Ultra-modern rustic with unique charm awaits you in Vallemaggia… Especially suitable for nature lovers, dog owners, hikers, bikers or people who want to treat themselves to a quiet break. In just a five-minute walk, you can enjoy the sun on the river. The center "Maggia" is 1.6 km away and can be easily reached by car, public transport or on foot. There you will find a pharmacy, doctor, post office, bank, Coop/Migros/Denner and the famous Panetteria "Poncini" (former Panettone world champion).

The entrance includes stairs, and although the road can be lively, soundproof windows guarantee peaceful nights. Just 12 minutes from Locarno, 3 minutes to the Brissago Islands, and a short walk to Lido Brissago.

The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

The apartments are located in Gordevio, at the entrance to the Maggia Valley. Picturesquely and quietly nestled right next to the idyllic little river Briee and below the Gordevio playground and sports field is the property built in 1969 in the Ticino style, which was completely modernized and newly furnished in 2018. We are pleased to be able to rent out the previously mainly privately used vacation apartment, studio rubino with 2 rooms and 40 m2 of living space.

A separate walk to the beach is included, which is only shared with the residents of the adjacent apartment Pettirosso. All rooms have an unrestricted fantastic view of the lake. There is also the possibility of making two more sleeping places from the sofa. The apartment is modern and cozy.
