The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

Die Ferienwohnungen sind in Gordevio, eingangs des Maggiatals gelegen. Malerisch und ruhig eingebettet gleich neben dem idyllischen kleinen Fluss Briee und unterhalb des Spiel und Sportplatzes von Gordevio liegt das 1969 im Tessinerstil erbaute Anwesen, das 2018 total modernisiert und neu möbliert worden ist. Es freut uns, die bisher hauptsächlich privat genutzte Ferienwohnung, studio smeraldo mit 3 Zimmern und fast 70 m2 Wohnfläche, nun frei vermieten zu können.

Uferhaus Luccio

The Luccio lakeside house is located on the lakeside promenade (free for residents). Directly opposite, a staircase leads to the lake. Ideal for relaxing and bathing, but also undisturbed work. 120 sqm over two floors are surrounded by over 700 sqm of garden with lawn, shady trees and barbecue. From the terrace on the 1st floor you have a wide view of the lake. On the same property is the Uferhaus Pescatore, a rustico that can be booked for up to 2 people.

The 3.5-room apartment La Rondine is situated in a quiet location very close to the Italian border. Just a few steps separate the apartment from the lake. A separate walk to the beach is included, which is only shared with the residents of the adjacent apartment Pettirosso. All rooms have an unrestricted fantastic view of the lake. There is also the possibility of making two more sleeping places from the sofa. The apartment is modern and cozy.
