Casa Brione 41 is a unique bijou. 2022/2023 the house was completely renovated and convinces with modern design and attention to detail. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside there is a balcony on the ground and upper floor with wonderful views of the Maggiore location, as well as several seating areas and terraces to relax. The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses of the Condomio), as well as a parking space are available

On a beautiful hillside location above Lake Maggiore stands the freshly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday home Bellavista. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included:-) ) , you have unobstructed views of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and patio. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September

My little apartment wants to be a small and comfortable Nest where you can feel at home in simplicity, where you can relax with a good glass of wine or a good herbal tea. It is a great accommodation for those who want to discover our region in different seasons. Ideal for couples. Unfortunately we don't have a balcony, but we have a beautiful pool to cool off in the hot summer.

The 80m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with open living space. From the balcony you have a direct view of the lake. (There is 200.00 per stay for cleaning at the end.)
