Spain Hamlet studio is located on eleven private acres by the Yellow river, next to the oldest Victorian house in Atlanta, circa 1834. It occupies the second story of the carriage house and has private everything including parking space. There is a balcony in the front and a large deck in the back overlooking beautiful rolling hills. The property is bordered by the Yellow river that separates it from the Yellow River. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big city yet 15 min away.
