All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is located on the second floor of a single-family house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which are the only heating. If you want to be warm, you have to make a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, stove, coffee machine and dishes / pots.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st. Directly below the Romberg Nature Reserve is our cozy and quiet apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, additional sofa bed and terrace in the beautiful Sendelbach district, surrounded by forests. We are surrounded by hiking and biking trails and are very familiar with the region. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, green natural garden. In our garage, it is possible to charge e-bikes and safely store the bicycles.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters.
