Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator without opposite. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking terrace SEA VIEW and greenery. Very close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso, the beach of the source and the beautiful customs way. An ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the popular district of Gourmalon.

Beautiful cottage with indoor heated pool

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 people (child from 5 years old) in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Holidays strictly prohibited. This is 1 studio, attached to our house, with 2 attic mezzanine beds and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to shared pool of 12.50 m x 4m covered heated. 8am to 10pm. Preferred RESAS per week for school holidays.
