A shower room and separate toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1st a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed. The 2nd 3 beds of 90 x 190 cm, two beds can be put together. Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

La Maison Bonheur is located on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. ideally located 5 km from the city of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real ultra-equipped cocoon for us. Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Exceptional view of the Loire

Ideal house for Home Office, fishing, Loire-á-Vélo or a few days of calm. The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
