We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. A shower room and separate toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1st a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed. The 2nd 3 beds of 90 x 190 cm, two beds can be put together. La Maison du Chêne is ideal for a family with children or for a business trip. It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and the option of a mattress on the floor. The rooms are located in the basement and are cool in summer. The house is located in a dead end without a car, ideal for children to play outside. Bakery, wine shop and restaurant 200 meters away. Parc de la Sèvre 500 metres away.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

La Maison Bonheur is located on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. ideally located 5 km from the city of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real ultra-equipped cocoon for us. Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

Nice house near Angers

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Exceptional view of the Loire

Ideal house for Home Office, fishing, Loire-á-Vélo or a few days of calm. The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.

Our gîte 'Au soleil levant', classified as a 4-star 'Meublé de tourisme' (self-catering holiday accommodation), was fully renovated in 2024 and will delight you with the quality of its facilities. You will feel at home. The cottage has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first gîte, 'Aux 3 Ruisseaux', in 2021, we opened this second gîte in 2025. The cottage sleeps 8.
