Beachfront holiday rentals in Loíza

This place was very nice. Location to the beach was great. The convenience of the beach and pool was good. Less than 15 min drive to local dining which was great. I would definitely revisit.

Great stay! We’ve have been to Puerto Rico several times, but this was our first time staying in a private Airbnb rather than a hotel or with family. Aquatika is great but can be tricky to find initially - especially in the dark! Aside from that, great location. Beach was a little rough but we found a private, more calm beach less that 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend renting a car. The lazy river and water park were closed during our stay, slide only open on weekends. We found great places to eat, just don’t be shy about supporting local businesses. Home was very clean (and I’m a clean freak) comfy bedding and mattress. Only negative inside the house was no tub for our toddler but that actually made my life easier! Would highly highly recommend!

This place is absolutely incredible! The highlight of our trip was definitely kayaking in the stunning lagoon. The entire property is impeccably clean, and the views, especially at sunset, are simply mesmerizing. Important to note: the address does not work on google maps, he will give you the coordinates an hour before your stay.

Carol is the best Airbnb host ever! We came for my bachelorette and she really made it extra special with thoughtful decorations and personalized gifts for me and all of my bridesmaids🥰 she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and so kind. We felt very at home. The property and house are even more beautiful than the photos, it was a perfect place to have a big group gathering. Everyone was so happy and comfortable staying there. The location is close to beautiful beaches and really good local food spots. Ubers sometimes had trouble finding the location but overall we were able to get around easily. We felt very safe throughout our time there. I also rented a car through Carol’s business and it was the most affordable and easy process. Carol was incredibly accommodating in terms of picking up and dropping off the car. I cannot recommend her services enough!!!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our family's visit to Puerto Rico! The condo was clean and comfortable and the perfect launching pad for adventures- visiting Old San Juan, bio bay kayaking in Fajardo, and El Unique! The pools and the private beach just a short walk away made our stay that much more relaxing with the ease of access and the fun it provided for the kids. The only in downfalls were the missing mini golf clubs/balls so we couldn't play and the lazy river pool being under construction. Str (Edwin) was communicative and helpful, going out of his way to our stay the best it could be. Our family would definitely consider a second stay!

I loved being at Aquatika! The host was very responsive and had very clear instructions. I didn’t like was the slides only work on weekends and we were there for the whole week of spring break for my kids. Also that the lazy river wasn’t operational but it was due to renovations. The private beach and 4 other pools were great and gave the kids enough water to be in! I would definitely revisit and stay again!!! Highly recommend

Rafael’s place was a very quiet and peaceful stay. All you hear is the ocean nearby which we loved. I would definitely recommend renting a car since you can’t really walk anywhere nearby. The bed was comfortable and the place was nice it matched the pictures. This Airbnb is not located in a touristy area so it was a big change for us coming from another Airbnb in Isla verde. Overall I would recommend this place for a more private stay in PR.

We had a perfect stay! Four of us were getting together from across the country to celebrate our 60th birthday. The condo was so comfortable and clean - great furnishings, kitchen had everything, bathrooms were modern, great toiletries, comfy beds. The rooftop was fantastic - breeze and view of the beach and mountains and super comfortable couch. We spent every morning there hanging out, then drinks at night. The beach was steps away though the back yard gate and felt like having a private beach - beautiful sandy beach kind of a little Gilligan's Island with coconuts and palms and gorgeous water and views. Not a ton in the neighborhood, but we loved that and could get to old San Juan and other nearby spots easily. Ziplining in El Yunque rainforest was close and amazing. Snorkeling at a nearby beach was beautiful. We also took an excellent walking tour of Old San Juan and drove trough the mountains. What a great vacation & always so happy to come home to our place - Thank you!

We had an issue with the hot water but that was due to something out of Jeannette's control. Other than that, her place was lovely. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop, the pool and the beach. Driving time from the airport and to excursions was fine. I recommend driving to the kiosks along 187 and by Luquillo beach to eat at.

Ben and Mary were amazing hosts from inquiry to check out. Ben responded immediately when I was looking to book and had some questions. He was extremely accommodating, quick to reply and helpful the entire time we were there. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pools were wonderful for the kids and they really enjoyed the playground and the waterslide on the weekend. First floor, close to pool and beach, wonderful hosts, 10/10 recommend-Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful in Puerto Rico. The condo at Vienvenido spaces was lovely. Very quiet and private. The place itself was very well decorated and had Ac units in living areas and bedrooms. The staff was available by sending message, but there was also phone numbers provided if you needed to speak with someone directly. Beach was within walking distance within the complex. You can enjoy the view of the water, walk by the beach, but the current is strong. No one seems to swim in it due to that. Part of the beach needs cleanup of debris. We did enjoy having access to the beach and the pool. Loiza is in a more local, poorer section of PR. But the locals were very helpful and friendly. The condo is in a gated community. We would certainly rent this unit again.

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described or shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to both pools were used several times during our stay. We enjoyed the walk in the evenings with the breeze coming off of the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay and Carmen was a wonderful host. She gave some great local recommendations and was very responsive. The beach is beautiful and the pools are very well maintained. We were a little bummed the lazy river right in front was under construction and empty. The host did let us know about it a few weeks after we booked. The construction was going on but not too disruptive. The beds are very firm but all of the other amenities were great. All in all would recommend and we loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was super clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the nearby water park, pools, and the beach was peaceful, clean, and safe, with easy access using the provided key. There are also picnic tables available. Inside the gated community everything was extremely walkable, safe, and quiet, making it a great place to relax. Parking was convenient, and the stairs were not too difficult to navigate. However, I would recommend caution if you plan to walk outside the community, as the area beyond the gates didn’t look like they offered walking paths and at night there were a lot of party people in the corners. A rental car or driver is necessary to get to other attractions. We found that there weren’t many restaurants nearby that we liked, so we did most of our dining out while making it a day trip. We also bought groceries to enjoy some meals during our stay in. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Everything was great and wonderful. The villa was very beautiful, so much to do. I'll definitely. We'll book again. The beach was beautiful as well. And if you go down the road, you'll find a couple of more beaches and a lot of places to eat.

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Ruth is a fantastic host—very responsive and attentive! The condo was exactly as described, with no surprises, making for a smooth and stress-free stay. It was a quiet and relaxing retreat, perfect for my family (kids 11 & 15) and me to unwind and enjoy. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time !!! We utilized the pools and beach access, as well as enjoyed some local food places in the area . Host was awesome . Great communication and all together I’d say I’d book that same spot any chance I get

This was our first time staying outside of San Juan and if you’re looking for a quiet get away this was it! The security at the front gate was very friendly the hosts were also very quick with response times. Nice clean space and amazing hosts!! 10/10 recommend!!
