House with private pool and jacuzzi (NOT A HOT TUB) , 3 bedroom, 6 beds, 1 bathroom,kitchen with all utilities and garage. 15 min from international airport. El Yunque is as far as 35 minutes. Mall of San Juan is 15 min from the house. Plaza Carolina is 5 minutes away which has grocery store, restaurant and even has a movie theater. This is a really central place everything is really close. We live in a tropical island insects are part of our daily routine. We do pest control every two weeks.

With private pool. Beautiful and quite home 5 minutes away from the airport and Isla Verde beach(driving). Centric area near supermarkets, shopping centers,restaurants and local activities. House has central air. Open concept master bedroom, which means the bathroom (except the toilet ) is out in the open in the bedroom . Perfect place to enjoy your vacation. Register with The Department of Tourism of Puerto Rico. We also have our own water tank, solar panels/generator coming soon.
