Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Loíza

This place was amazing for me and my 5 friends. We went in a couples trip but didn’t want to pay the money to be right in San Juan. The bedrooms were lovely and had extra blankets. My favorite part was the huge mirrors in everyone’s room cause us girls we NEEDED IT!!! The backyard is a perfect vibe. There’s a jacuzzi and it’s great but u have to plan ahead to use it. I will also say that the walls are paper thin sooo everyone can hear everything most of the time lol. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you want privacy thennn it’s something to consider. Tony was so responsive and helped with everything !!! Even let us drop our bags off early. I will definitely be coming back. I literally wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Also Ubers are never more than $20 going towards any part of San Juan.

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

we stayed in puerto rico for a week and stayed in 3 airbnbs. this place was the best! the other two had no hot water. we kinda wished we booked this place for the whole duration of our stay. The house was super clean, the hot water and shower was amazing, the host were friendly, and the house was easy to find, and kid friendly. we felt right at home.

Really nice place for a group. Careliz is very accommodating and responsive. I really enjoy our stay.

Sylvette was a wonderful hostess! She was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was exactly like the photos. Easy check and check out. The people are so kind and nice. Absolutely love it there.

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for us four women on a girls trip! We loved the feel of the neighborhood and the restaurant/bar within walking distance was fantastic!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Roy was the BEST host yet. quick response, and very accommodating. anything I had a question about or needed, he was more than on top of things. I highly recommend staying here. Puerto Rico is a azing and Roy made it 10x better.

We loved our stay at Angel’s place. The balcony was great to enjoy the evenings. Very easy check in and out.

Hector was a great host, quick to respond and friendly. The place was clean and as described. Provided beach towels and other amenities I thought was awesome! The neighborhood itself is older but it was quiet and overall felt safe as a solo traveler.

This was such a great place to stay, felt right at home. When I come back to pr I would definitely book this place to stay again. Everything was just like the pictures. Great location right next to the airport. Short drive or uber ride to main areas. I liked how they had a cooler and beach chairs. Overall I had a great stay here.

Our family stayed at Angel's place and it was great! Angel shared many local recommendations with us and let us know in advance when there was going to be anything happening on the grounds or surrounding area. He was very responsive! The unit was just what we needed for this trip!

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

Evelyn was a great host and accommodating some changes to the number of people staying at our location. The Airbnb was one of the closest to the beach and was everything that we could have wanted!

Ruth was a very attentive and helpful host, and her rental was beautiful, clean, and adequately stocked with amenities. We would absolutely recommend this rental (especially for families) and we would recommend Ruth as a super host as well.

10/10 would stay again! This was an excellent find for my wife, 3-yr old daughter, and myself to vacation with my cousin and her fiancé. There was ample space for us to be moving about the space without issue and never felt on top of one-another. We were able to cook our food, drink our coffee, wash our dishes, sleep comfortably, and bathe. The pools were fabulous and not having to pack our own towels was amazing! A few key notes and pieces of constructive criticism: - We found ourselves wishing for a bit more table space in the living room and bed rooms. - We enjoyed the airflow when leaving the sliding glass door open, but it let in a lot of mosquitos (ironically, we had no issue with them outside, but they liked coming inside), so a sliding screen door would be excellent! - Having access to a washer/dryer was superb, but we don't typically travel with detergent and the quantities available in Loiza were a bit more than we could use. I'd have loved it if there was some available.

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.
