Holiday rentals with a patio in Loíza

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, the space was clean, and the host was incredibly accommodating. The decor was cozy and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The only downside was that both beds were full-size beds, which might be a little tight for some, but it didn’t detract too much from our overall experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Karl was an excellent host and even took time to deliver a missing hair dryer! The rooftop was a great place not only to see the ocean but to view the stars at night. We felt very lucky to find this location, as it gave us access to beautiful local beaches - the ones frequented by Puerto Ricans as well as a host of excellent local cuisine restaurants. We’d highly recommend a stay at this condo and would consider returning if we ever decide to visit Puerto Rico again.

Really nice, clean spot and perfect for 1-2 guests. Only complaints were minor- the toilet wasn’t securely drilled into the ground and there was no soap in the bathroom. Otherwise lovely stay and host- had a problem with wifi connection and she had it fixed immediately.

I would recommend this place to anyone! Very cozy and looks just like the photos. Super close to the beach! The food and staff at the restaurant downstairs are AMAZING. Will definitely visit here again.

Clean and comfortable. . The beach access is private and beautiful. Ended up getting married on that beach. The roof top was a plus. Great place to relax in after days of events.

The location was about 20 minutes away from T Mobile district and close to the airport. The apartment was beautiful and the host responsive. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

The apartments were very comfortable and cozy and felt like home. Great area around, nice private beach. Ruth was very helpful, helped with all questions, was always in touch, which helped a lot, since we were there for the first time, and our friends have been vacationing there with their 4 children for 5 years in a row. Therefore, we recommend it to all those who have small children.

I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. The location is great and it had everything they could possibly need close by. Would definitely recommend as a short term rental and will book again when possible. Thank you!!! Cheers!

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I almost don’t want to write this review because this place is such a gem, but that would be selfish of me, so here it is. I stayed for valentines weekend and it was amazing it fit the mood perfectly this place has a way of making you feel at home but with a touch of luxury the look of the home looks just as good during the day as it does at night it’s a very impressive and has a romantic vibe it is not far from San Juan but I recommend renting a car it has a garage so you can park inside this isn’t really the tourist area and the neighborhood isn’t as new as this home but the neighbors were very nice and we never felt unsafe this is the best air BNB I ever stayed in and this will be my go to spot whenever we visit. So please respect this home; it would be a shame to lose something so nice. Enjoy.

This is the spot you want to stay! We had the perfect trip at this Airbnb. The home was even better than the photos could’ve described. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pool area and upstairs two bedroom apartment were notable mentions of this location. Even when it rained for an entire day on our trip, we had the best day relaxing at the house because it was so quaint, beautiful, and welcoming. The nearby local food? - Some of the best we’ve ever had in the world. The beaches are dreamlike. Across the board this Airbnb is top-tier. Will book again!

The home was so spacious and immaculate. The private living space was a great bonus. The home was nicely decorated and contained plenty games. Johnastey was always responsive, friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was less than desirable especially for the price point of the Airbnb. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and the interior space made us feel right at home. We would stay again.

The location was perfect – close to Luquillo Beach (just a short drive), San Juan, and El Yunque National Forest. The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The rooftop was a standout feature – spacious with beautiful views, and we loved having two other outdoor seating areas to choose from. Mornings were perfect, sipping coffee while listening to the roosters, and the evenings were filled with the fun sounds of music from a nearby bar and kids playing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, with clear instructions. Rarely needed the AC due to perfect breeze. Having two bathrooms was a nice bonus too! There were only a couple of minor things to mention: The hot tub wasn’t working (though it wasn’t a big deal for us), and the coffee maker was a bit tricky to use – we ended up using instant coffee, which worked just fine. Mariany was a great host –very responsive and always available when needed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would stay again!

We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We had a big group of 11 and had more than enough space to all feel comfortable. The communication was great, the pools and beach access was fun everyday, had everything for cooking in the kitchen each day, and we all felt safe and at home. I am so grateful to have found such a great place for my family to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for everything!

We had an issue with the hot water but that was due to something out of Jeannette's control. Other than that, her place was lovely. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop, the pool and the beach. Driving time from the airport and to excursions was fine. I recommend driving to the kiosks along 187 and by Luquillo beach to eat at.

Shalauna's place is truly a home away from home. I have so many positive comments, I don't even know where to start... First, both Shalauna and Sebastian are very rapid to communicate with their guests, to reply to messages and to answer questions. Then, the check-in and check-out instructions as well as all the information regarding their property are well explained. Now .... the place is simply Paradise....I close my eyes and I could cry with nostalgia. The hosts will make available for you a big, clean apartment, situated near the beach and the pool, with all the amenities that one could need; spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two clean bathrooms with all you could need from liquid soaps to floss and white bed sheets in the bedrooms. We are a family of 5 (we have 3 children of different ages and tastes 19, 10 and 7) and everyone agreed that this was a magnificent vacation. We highly recommend Shalauna's and Sebastian's cozy apartment and we dream to go back.

Jose was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. The location is amazing about 40 minutes from San Juan, 20 minutes from El Yunque and barely a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities, had plenty of towels and things to use within the kitchen. Overall had a wonderful stay definitely worth the price.

Nothing short of excellent, the staff and rental are good for a solo trip or couple with one other. it is connected to a a beach , the residence is clean and staff are very accommodating. Be mindful the staff and locals don't speak English but do their best to assist you , there is a local pharmacy/ store near by for snacks, drinks, food , Tylenol etc....that accepts credit card and cash. bring quarters as there is laundry on site.. It is out of the city but not that far.. 30 min drive from San Juan airport and EL yunque and a 15 min drive from Rio grande It was my first Airbnb and first trip Puerto Rico, I would come back and hope to rent from Jay again.

We enjoyed staying at this condo so much! The bedrooms were spacious, airy and bright with lots of windows. Everything was so convenient to this condo. There was a swimming pool with restrooms right beside the condo. This condo was just steps away from the ocean! There was a back patio and a front patio. The condo was very nicely furnished, having everything you could want to use at the beach. There were beach toys, a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, and much more! There were 2 barbeque grills, a very well stocked kitchen, a microwave, a washer and dryer, a large dining table, and TVs all around the house. There was great internet. The bathrooms were large with plenty of hot water. There was a furnished hair dryer and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were even laundry baskets! The host furnished some treats for the kitchen, and a list of close-by restaurants. Everything was just extremely homey and well thought out! We will definitely return to this condo!!!
