Spacious, Air Conditioner, Few Minutes to the Castle

This is a beautiful elegant apartment with hardwood floors and antique furniture. There are 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king-size bed and private terrace/ patio, second bedroom with two twin beds that can become a king-size bed and with direct access to the big terrace, the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of closet space, ideal for six . A cot and a high chair are available upon request, for no extra charge. It has two bathrooms, both with a new big shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area, and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy dining and sunbathing. The large wraparound terrace is furnished with dining table, eight chairs, and three long chairs. The garden belongs to the condominium but rarely there are other people ( only 5 apartments and 4 of them are rarely occupied ). You can enjoy the garden and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees , in season. The care taker will be available for informations regarding the house and the area. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town, which is home to a number of great shops, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, and beaches. It is also 3 minutes from the cable car. We can arrange taxi from and to the airport or other destinations. The house has 1 parking space included in the price. An additional parking can be purchase for 40€/week. This is a perfect place for guests that needs peace and yet it is a very easy, short walk to the center of town.

Just 5 minutes by taxi or just 2 underground stops is the Central Station and Garibaldi Station is 5 minutes away from the apartment. These stations are connected to the Linate and Malpensa airports; In 10 minutes walking you reach Corso Como, just below the skyscrapers of Piazza Gae Aulenti. Guests will have access to the whole house. Situated in the heart of the beautiful, authentic Isola district, the apartment lies in one of the most lively areas of Milan. The safe vicinity hosts the highest concentration of trattorias, pubs, and restaurants. Take a short ride to the market. Naviglio Grande Views from a Chic Studio

Retreat to a tranquil living space in the heart of Italy’s fashion capital after exploring the sights. A rustic wood beam ceiling and stunning exposed brick arches add a timeless touch of warmth and solidity to this newly renovated studio flat. The flat is a big wide space of 32 square meters with a double bed and a sofa bed that turns into a second double bed. It had en-suite bathroom with shower. We are renovating it right now. Our 60 mq apartment is brand new: it’s been totally renewed and furnished! It's made with a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double comfortable sofa/twin-bed. The two rooms are well separated by two doors and the toilet is in between. The flat is calm, cozy and perfect for couples, family with kids (we know well what you need!) and business people.
