Golden Sunrise Playa de Mogan, 1 bedroom apt

Beautiful 1 bedroom rooftop apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, both with double beds and two full bathrooms, on the ground floor. Upstairs, it has a large kitchen with dining table, which has everything you need. In this same space, which is fully open, it connects with a spacious living room and a magnificent terrace for sunbathing and eating outdoors.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Our house is very close to the main square of Playa de Mogán. At the beginning of the ascent of Calle La Corriente, very close to the pharmacy. Thanks to its location, you can walk to the beach, as it is very close!
