We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!
